Victoria Pickard (Consultant)

Victoria understands the challenges facing the Aged Care sector and the impact of CDC and NDIS on organisational structure.  She brings over 8 years consulting experience, with a clear focus on the Aged Care sector for the past 6 years.   On a personal note, Victoria draws upon her own personal experiences gained during a family members admission into full time care following a dementia diagnosis over 9 years ago and navigating various site admission processes.  She understands the challenges facing families seeking advice and guidance in sourcing care for loved ones and can effectively translate these into critical insights for service providers, now competing for new business.
